About Your Trainer:
Nicole is a Lecturer at Ivey Business School and an award-winning CEO with a depth of experience as a business and educational leader.
After leading her team to build a national business, Nicole was named Top 20 Under 40 for her business achievements, and went on to become a top-rated business educator at Ivey Business School.
Drawing on her entrepreneurial experience, as well as her background in Psychology and Human Resources, Nicole’s training applies principles of team development, entrepreneurial thinking, and the shared practices of high-performance leaders.
When she’s not training leaders, you’ll probably find Nicole at the beach, exploring the world, or researching ways to move to a tropical location (Hawaii, here we come!).
Nicole loves swimming in the ocean, getting lost in a great story (especially a great thriller), and savouring delicious food.
